4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Our pricing may vary depending on the size of the practice, specialty, claim volume, and scope of services. Pricing may start as low as $3.79 per claim, depending on practice size and service configuration.

All pricing is subject to change upon written notice or renewal of service agreements.
4.2 Invoicing & Payment

Invoices are issued monthly unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms are typically Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30 days as specified in the service agreement.

Late payments may incur interest charges up to the maximum allowed by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, timely, and complete documentation.

Ensure compliance with all payer requirements.

Maintain active malpractice coverage and licensure.

Respond promptly to payer inquiries and requests.

Maintain secure access credentials for EHR and practice management systems.
Sirius Solutions Global is not responsible for claim denials or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided data.
6. HIPAA Compliance & Data Security
We are committed to safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with:

Applicable state privacy laws
Where required, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client data.
However, no system is 100% secure. By using our Services, you acknowledge inherent cybersecurity risks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, service marks, software tools, dashboards, AI systems, website materials, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Sirius Solutions Global.
Clients may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials

Reverse-engineer software tools

Use our branding without written consent
8. AI-Powered Tools & Automation Disclaimer
Certain services may incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to assist with coding audits, documentation review, or claim optimization.
AI-generated outputs:

Do not replace licensed medical, coding, or legal professionals

Require professional oversight and validation
We do not guarantee 100% claim approval or elimination of payer audits.
9. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize revenue, we do not guarantee:

Specific revenue increases

Specific denial reduction percentages

Payer approval rates
-
Timeframes for reimbursements
Revenue cycle outcomes depend on payer behavior, documentation quality, regulatory changes, and external factors beyond our control.
10. Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer
Healthcare regulations frequently change. Although we monitor regulatory updates, it is the Client’s responsibility to:

Ensure proper documentation

Maintain medical necessity

Comply with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
Our Services do not constitute legal advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sirius Solutions Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding three (3) months.

We are not liable for payer recoupments, audits, penalties, or sanctions unless directly caused by our proven gross negligence.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sirius Solutions Global, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

Inaccurate documentation provided by you

Non-compliance with healthcare regulations

Misrepresentation of services

Breach of these Terms
13. Term & Termination
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement:

Services may be terminated with 30 days written notice.

Immediate termination may occur for material breach.

Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
Upon termination, data transition assistance may be provided at an agreed fee.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

15. Website Use
Users of our website agree not to:
